On the day

Backstage
The Live Monitor shows your backstage team who is on now, who is up next, and the upcoming running order — with a settings panel to tailor the screen for wherever it is shown.
In Backstage mode the team taps to mark each performer as backstage-ready, and the flag shows on the Live Music Player so the host knows who is queued up. Audience-facing mode turns the same screen into a clean public display for the venue.
Music & audio
The Live Music Player lets you seamlessly play every song competitors upload during the event. It automatically keeps the schedule, Stage Lineup Display, and Judge Tool in sync in real time.
You can also track each competitor's check-in status and skip or scratch performers on the fly.
Rehearsals
Run your stage rehearsals — usually the day before — in a mode that’s completely separate from the competition running order. Arrange competitors into rehearsal groups, each with their own start time, and play their songs on stage.
It auto-advances when the song finishes and the stage timer runs out, with the same running-ahead/behind badge — so your rehearsal day stays on schedule too.
Scoring & feedback
The Judge Tool lets judges view the current competitor, give written or audio feedback, and score performances in real time.
Scores and results stay private until you, the host, choose to release them.
Audience screens
The Stage Lineup Display shows the current section and who's on stage — perfect for audience screens or backstage monitors. It updates automatically in real time, so there's no need for manual updates.
