Comp World covers both halves. Competitors enter and pay in a free app, upload their own music and pick their partners. You build the schedule by dragging sections around, and on the day the live tools drive the stage, the backstage screens, the judges’ devices and every phone in the room from the same running order.

Questions
How much does Comp World cost?
A once-off $99 AUD per competition. There is no subscription and no ongoing fee, and you keep 100% of your spectator ticket sales. A small service fee is added to each competitor's registration and to each spectator ticket, and is paid by the buyer — not by you.
What kinds of dance competitions can I run?
Any style and any format — hip hop, ballet, jazz, contemporary, tap, acro and open sections, from a one-day local comp to a multi-day festival across several rooms. Sections carry their own entry type (solo, duo, trio, group), age limits, entry fee, duration and scoring criteria.
How do dancers enter?
They download the free Comp World app on iOS or Android, find your competition, and register and pay in a few taps. They upload their music, choose partners for duos and trios, and complete any entry tasks you set — all in the app.
Can several judges score at once?
Yes. Each judge scores independently on their own device, and you choose how their marks combine (total or average) and how placements are ranked. Scores stay private until you release them. Judges can also be scoped to particular days or sections, which is how a conflict of interest is handled.
What happens if the venue internet drops?
Every competitor’s music is pre-downloaded to the playback device before the session starts, so the music keeps playing even if the venue Wi-Fi goes down. The live tools reconnect and resync automatically once you are back online.
Can I sell tickets to the audience?
Yes. Set up spectator ticket types with their own prices and valid dates, sell them through your competition’s public page, and scan them at the door with a phone. You keep 100% of ticket sales.
Do I have to rebuild my competition every year?
No. Duplicate last year’s competition and everything comes with it — sections, age groups, entry fees, awards and settings — ready to adjust for the new season.
